If you ever feel that we have not served you properly please contact us immediately so we can keep you as a customer. If you are happy with us, please tell your friends about us.

We respect your privacy. That's why we will not disclose, rent or sell your email address or other contact information to any other company. We collect your personal information in order to be able to process your order and to offer you special deals when it is time to refill your order.

We keep all information about your order on file, except for your credit card card information.
Return Policy
Our guarantee to you:
Within 30 days of delivery of a shipment, you may return any unopened merchandise that is in its original condition purchased from Contacts For Sale, Inc., for a merchandise credit. No questions asked. We are currently unable to accept returns of opened items, or items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Once we receive your package, we will promptly exchange your product or issue a credit (less shipping charges).
In the case of defective lenses:
We guarantee that all of our lenses are factory sealed. If you have a problem with any lens purchased from us at any time, please remove the lens immediately and let us know. If you suspect that your lenses are defective, please enclose a photocopy of your prescription when you return the lenses to us. If your lenses are determined to be defective by the manufacturer, we will issue a merchandise credit in full.
When Returning Items:
Please follow these steps:
Call or email to obtain a Return Authorization Number (required).
Pack your unopened product along with a copy of your invoice with a written note explaining whether or not you want an exchange or merchandise credit. If you want an exchange, please be sure to list all the parameters for your prescription.
If you do not include a copy of your original invoice, please include your email, name, address, and phone number (specify day or evening) where we can reach you in case we have questions. Make sure you also include the exchange information or your desire for a merchandise credit. Customers are responsible for the return postage unless it was our error.
Try to secure your merchandise in the original packaging, or any sturdy box. Please DO NOT return contact lens boxes in an envelope.
Return address will be sent to you after we have been notified.
Exchanges:
If your prescription changes, we will exchange unexpired and UNOPENED boxes of contacts at no charge. If the price of the new lenses are more expensive, we ask that you pay Contacts For Sale, Inc. the difference.
Terms and Conditions:
Our terms and conditions are simple:
All customers who order replacement contact lenses must have a valid, unexpired prescription.
Your order must be for the same contact lenses that you are already successfully wearing. We accept no responsibility for our customers lack of suitability to wear contact lenses.
We rely on you to input your latest prescription through the online form, or verbally over the phone.
By entering your prescription information, you authorize us to verify it with your eyecare provider.
All items are shipped through a third party, usually the post office, but we sometimes use other shipping companies. While we strive to provide the highest level of customer service, our responsibility with respect to shipping will primarily rest with our ability to work with the shipper to find and trace packages. Under some circumstances, we will replace packages, however, our customers warrant that eventual receipts of packages will be returned to us promptly.
We reserve the right not to supply contact lenses if we feel that the selected lenses are not in accordance with the specifications provided by your eyecare provider, or may put you at some risk.
By completing the online order form you agree to accept shipment for the selected product, and agree to pay by the method indicated on your order form.
