Do I need a Prescription to order Contact Lenses?

Contactsforsale.com requires a valid prescription for all contact lens orders. Replacement or disposable contact lenses are lenses with a prescribed wearing time. Wearing times can be: one day, two weeks or a month. Your eyes must be measured and the lenses fitted by an Optician or Doctor. We only replace lenses that have been fit and have passed follow-up examinations by eye care professionals. You can either fax us a copy of your prescription, or provide us with your ECP's contact information and we will confirm your prescription. Prescriptions are held until verified. The verification process can take up to 24 hours and is completed using the doctor's information you provide the more accurate and complete the information the less time it takes. If you fax a copy of your written prescription at the time of your order or we have a valid prescription on file we can place the order immediately saving the time it takes to verify the prescription. Our fax number is (480) 772-4117 or email support@contactsforsale.com.

How long is my prescription valid?

Unless your doctor has a valid medical reason, your prescription is good for one year. Prescriptions in Florida, Minnesota, Mississippi, New Mexico, Utah and Washington by State Law are good for two years. If your prescription is valid you may order contacts. Federal Law now requires your eye care provider to release a copy of your prescriptions. This allows you to take advantage of our low prices. Make sure to get a copy of your contact lens prescription, it belongs to you.
